The Tennessee Journal of Practice & Procedure is a publication devoted to the discussion of the practical and procedural aspects of the practice of the law with a focus on the Tennessee practitioner. Our mission is to provide useful information to practicing attorneys in Tennessee by way of publishing articles submitted by members of the law teaching profession, members of the judiciary, practicing attorneys, and upper level students of the law. The scope of the journal ranges from nuances of specific types of trial practice to purely procedural matters in the various courts of the state, as well as practice in the Federal Courts.
