Every student is a member of the Student Bar association and has an opportunity to serve in SBA leadership roles as a Class Bar Governor or Officer. The Student Bar is recognized as the representative organization of all students and works to call to the attention of the law faculty and administration the needs of the students.

The SBA also organizes social events such as the Barristers Ball, a semi-formal dance each fall, and the spring semester's "Flaw Review," a lighthearted spoof of law school life.

Other social activities the SBA provides to the students are "Bar Reviews," golf tournaments in both semesters with a portion of the money going to charity, and a 5K Run "Race Judicata" in the fall.  The SBA also sells merchandise (t-shirts, etc.) to raise money for events.  The SBA also actively seeks ways for students to meet more informally with the faculty and alumni through lectures and social gatherings, as well as taking an active role in the community through various community services projects.
