Information for New Orleans Law School Students Wishing To Come to Memphis

The term for which students will be admitted:

Fall and, if the need continues, spring.

The type of student who will be admitted:

All, but will give preference to 2Ls and 3Ls, in any event subject to the stated policies or requests of the home schools.

Any other limitations on the types of students that will be admitted or the bases of admission:

Any student admitted to and attending an accredited law school will be permitted to participate.  We will take the students’ word for this, at least for the interim.  Students who have paid their tuition at the home school will not be required to make any additional tuition payment for attending our classes.  If, for some reason, no tuition has been paid to the home school, they would be eligible to take advantage of the in-state tuition rate.
