Achievements/Publications: National Endowment For The Humanities Fellow, Summer 1979, The University of Chicago School of Law; Professor of the Year, 2001-2002, The University of Memphis School of Law; Recipient, 2005, Excellence in Legal Education Award, The University of Memphis School of Law.  Professor Wanat has authored or co-authored many works.  His scholarship appears in nationally recognized legal periodicals.  His "articles" are cited in a diverse body of legal publications.  Professor Wanat writes to a Tort Law or Copyright/Entertainment Law readership.
