His paper on medical liability caps was among twelve papers selected on a blind peer-review basis for inclusion in the Yale/Stanford Junior Faculty Forum in 2007. Right now, Professor Harris is working on a short treatise on Corporations and Other Business Organizations, which is scheduled to be published by the Carolina Academic Press at the end of 2008.
