Experience: Cadwalader, Wickersham & Taft, New York City, 1986-89; joined The University of Memphis School of Law faculty in 1990.

Admitted: Mississippi, New York.

Achievements/Publications: Author of articles on disinheritance in Case Western Reserve Law Review, the Utah Law Review, and the Louisiana Law Review; member, Tennessee Uniform Probate Code Commission (1995-1997); contributing editor to bi-monthly column in Probate & Property (ABA) since 1992; editor-in-chief, Mississippi Law Journal (1985-86).
