SUBSTANTIVE COVERAGE AND OBJECTIVES OF COURSE:
The subject matter of Patent Law.
OBJECTIVES: To teach concepts fundamental to Patent Law so that students will understand and be able to apply them to analysis of issues arising in factual settings.
