SUBSTANTIVE COVERAGE AND OBJECTIVES OF COURSE:

Analysis of all aspects of Wills, probate procedures, trusts, Living Wills, Rights to Die statutes, Guardianships, Durable Powers of Attorney, Irrevocable Trusts, Estate Tax savings techniques, generation skipping techniques, life insurance in estate planning and probate avoidance techniques.
