SUBSTANTIVE COVERAGE AND OBJECTIVES OF COURSE:
Study of the legal problems that arise when cutting across state and national boundaries. Emphasis is on the understanding and application of the traditional and modern approaches to choice of the applicable law, jurisdiction of the court, and the recognition of foreign judgments.
