SUBSTANTIVE COVERAGE AND OBJECTIVES OF COURSE:
Complex, multiparty litigation with emphasis on the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure governing joinder of parties, intervention and class actions, as well as transfer and consolidation of multidistrict litigation.
