SUBSTANTIVE COVERAGE AND OBJECTIVES OF COURSE:

Survey of agency law and selected statutory provisions, administrative regulations, and common law doctrines relating to the formation, operation, and dissolution of general partnerships, limited liability partnerships, limited partnerships, limited liability companies, and corporations.

This course is related to other commercial and corporate law courses in the curriculum including, but not limited to, Business Organizations II, Business Planning, Securities Regulation, Corporate Taxation and Partnership Taxation.
