LIBRARY REGULATIONS - As a courtesy toward fellow patrons, please be quiet in the library.
- Theft, mutilation, or concealment of library materials is a criminal offense in the State of Tennessee. A student who willfully removes pages or otherwise damages library materials, who conceals materials, or who removes material from the library without permission is subject to disciplinary action including expulsion from law school without right to re-enroll.
- No food is permitted anywhere in the library. Beverages are permitted except in the computer lab. Please use spill-proof containers for beverages.
- Absolutely no food or beverages are permitted in the computer lab.
- The Law Building has been designated "smoke free" by the university. Smoking is not permitted in the library.
- Periodicals, court reports, codes, loose-leaf services, citators, and reference books should be re-shelved after use.
- The Law Library cannot assume responsibility for any patron's private books, papers, or other property left on tables or elsewhere in the Law Library.
- By request of library users, use of cellular phones in the library are prohibited.
